My approved LC (software architect) box 14 only has degree requirement. However, box 15 states 5 years full (software) lifecycle experience.
Is this sufficient for Eb2, even without "progressive" in the description?
What's the worst that could happen if we file as Eb2 - its denied or an RFE to downgrade to EB3? To me it appears worth the risk given PD retrogression.
I'm trying to understand better before discussing with attorney - after all he get's paid either way!
