Hello everybody, let's see if someone can help me here.
Last year my attorney told me they sent my I-140 and I-485, based on L1.
Our L1 expired on Dec 16 so we sent the renewal petition.
After long bitter days We found out that the attorney did not send the I140 and I-485 forms before dec 16.
My question is: Can I resubmit the I-140 and I-485 forms???? we are waiting for the L1 renewal decission, so we are still in that legal/ilegal limbo.
If we attach the I129 forms to show the case is still pending, would it be processed?
I would really like to have accurate information. I will contact another attorney, but still............
