Wording for the length of employment

Can anyone share how to put in TN letter stating this employment only last 3 years, and can be renewed by then?

"The employee will work for ABC in this capacity for period not exceeding three years."

Don't worry about the renewal, when the time comes, you can always get another TN for another 3 year period.
