Withdrawing a Visa Revalidation Application

My DC received date is Aug 22nd and with a processing time estimate of 3 months, I might get mine around Nov 22nd.

However, I need to go out of the country for so need the passport back by and leave by the 25th of Nov.

How realistic do you think this is that I will get it back by the 22nd? If I get it by the 22nd I might be fine but even a couple of days late would mess up my travel plans.

Has anyone withdrawn the visa?? How long does it take?? Is there anything like fast track for visa stamping??

Any other suggestions or comments.....

First can you tell us your St. Louis receive date?

Today I just spoke with a nice lady in Dept. of State. She told me that they are processing Mid-July H1 revalidation cases today (based on DC receive date). So it seems that you case should be processed within 5-6 weeks. This is just my estimation.
 
SL RD: July 31st
DC RD: August 22nd
How long does it take to get the passport after visa approval? I saw in some thread that after approval it took 2 weeks to get the visa stamped.
