MSEE, working in company that doesn't require the MS degree for the job I'm doing so they filed EB3. Filed AOS July 2001. Do you think Mumbai will accept AC-140? Do I need to have the 824 receipt before they will accept the case or can I filed the 824 after they tell me that they will process the case?

u cn do ac140..but u DO hv to file I824..need just rcpt for mumbai. But if u switch to CP... YOUR I485 WILL GET CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY...so make 100% sure that you have everything needed for CP. BTW what is MSEE? if u r talking abt MS degree, then it does not matter as long as u have ur labor/I140 approved for the job u r doing.

Yes MSEE is MS Electrical Engineering. The reason I was asking about whether it is possible is because on Mumbai's website they say that they are accepting EB3 cases on a limited basis where it is clear that the applicant is highly skilled.
