Wife's name change

Hey Guys,
I recently read the article about wife changing her name on all her documents. In My case she is a USC and She has all her Passport, Naturalization, SSN, Driver's licence on her maiden name. Now she/we wants to change her name after marriage. But before we do that, I have an Interview appointment on 20th June. Should we wait until we are done with the interview ? Or if we send her passport for name change, would it be a problem in the interview ? She doesnt have any document on her new name and while filing the paperwork for my GC, my father-in-law insisted to put her new name instead of her maiden name.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

It's up to you, really. But I would wait. Your interview is in less than a month (congrats, by the way), so why worry about something else in such a short period of time?
It's OK if she put her maden name on the application, and all your documents with her maden - they'll figure it out :)

Yes, because just imagine all the time and the run of back and forth to get everything change...they know about those change name issues.

Good luck!
