Wife's medical

Hi GURUS,

My wife's medical tests are pending. My PD is April 2003 (EB3). Do I've to wait till I get an query regarding her medicals or Can I get them done now and send it to USCIS before receiving query from them. Please advice.

hmmm....I forgot to mention I've my filed I-485 2 yrs back. We could not send her complete medical reports at that time
