Wife's H1-B

Hi everyone,

I have a question abt my Wife's H1-B.

My wife is an MBA from a well-ranked Univ in Pune. I am just wondering, what are her chances of getting H1-B Sponsorship in the US, WITHOUT a US Degree? She also has 2-3 years of work experience as a Forex Manager in a Bank back home.

Can anyone guide me as to what the prospects are of her getting a job here without going thru an expensive 2 year degree here?

I know this thread is a lil out of place, but with these "new h1-bs" coming up, i thought i shud ask, since a lot of us might be in the same boat.

i would love to hear the answer, as i'm in the same boat too.

It all depends upon the place where you are. See if she can find a job as a marketing manager for some desi consulting company. That's the best i can think of. Getting H1-B through a financial institution might be difficult.
