Here is my case - VSC
LC approved 2002 Dec
Applied for 140 - Apr 2003
Later concurrent 485/EAD/AP - Oct 2003
RFE on 140 for empl tax ret., my exp. letter (EAD/AP put on hold) - Dec 2003
140 approved - Apr 9th 2004
RFE for EAD/AP for me and wife passp. pers. details pages and licence-Apr24 '04
reply for RFE received Apr 29th 04
My EAD/AP (primary applicant) approved on May 25th 2004
My wife's case is still pending. She is planning to visit India on Aug 1st. Her H4 is expired and we have already applied for an extension on Feb 2004. Evenif that gets approved we won't get enough time to get it stamped here and we don't want to go to Madras for stamping either. We have to have some kind of document so that we can go ahead and book the ticket.
1. Does anyone know how long it will take for her EAD/AP to get approved ?.
2. Can we expect FP during the months of Aug and Sep ? (she will be in India)
Please let me know if you have any idea on this.
