or you applied first and your wife's application sent later?
 
Call IIO

Usually the cases move together. At the least, there should be some action on your spouse's case. I suggest you call an IIO and describe the situation, sometimes if you are lucky they will try to get to the root of the problem, like finding the relevant file(s).

I agree with SWSRUS

You have to call an IIO or contact your lawyer. All cases from the same family are bundled together for processing. If everything is fine it should have been approved with your case. Looks like there is some problem... So contact your lawyer or call an IIO. Don't wait any longer.
