wife visitor visa rejected.

my 485 was pending when we applied for wife visitor visa at consulate. She got rejected when they found out that I am living in the US. Now my green card is approved . I am doing a follow to join case for my wife. Would that rejection create a problem now for her immigrant visa? I do not see anywhere where they ask about previous non immigrant visa refusal on Ds230 form.

Her B-2 visa refusal should have no bearing on her FTJ green card. In fact, she is now proving that the consul who refused her visitor visa was right. You wife is moving to the states on a permanent basis :)

but when we filled out the forms we showed that I do not live in the US as i was living outside the US for a long time as my AOS was being processed in the US.. but they found out eventually that i have applied for AOS so that is why they refused her
