My wife and I are expecting a child. However, she has abandonded our mariage while on conditional status. she is staying with relatives over 3000miles from our home. Do I have any rights? The USCIS told me nothing could be done till the conditional status ran out. I will not have seen my wife or our new child (due sept 2006) in almost a year. Does anyone know what will happen if i report the abandonment at that time or is there anything i can do in the mean time. Thank you
