Wife Had Family-Based Green Card App Before Marrying Me. Is that App Still Active if I Divorce Her?

Hi. I have been married to my non-US citizen wife for less than a year and she obtained her GC through me. Due to intensely irreconcilable differences I have to file for divorce, but I would hate for her to lose her GC status, however.

Prior to marrying me, she already had an application in process through her mother, who is also married to an American citizen.

Did marrying me and receiving a temporary resident green card through me nullify her previous application through her mother or is that application still in effect for her? In other words, if I divorce her, will she still have a chance at getting another green card through the previous application through her mother?
