Filed I-485 on April 27 2011 using the old priority date october 2003, I-140 which was approved with my previous employer.
My wife has filed I-485 in 2007 under EB3 category and changed the employer in 2008 and filed AC21 accordingly. But USCIS denied her I-485 stating the I-140 has been revoked by her previous employer, since she has already filed Ac 21 she filed MTR with TSC and later after six months her MTR has been approved and parallely she has got her EAD approved as well. but got her AP denied.
since, my date is current i added her to my 485 as dependent upon my attorney suggestion.... but today USCIS sent her the notice that she has already got the EAD approval till october 2012 her EAD has been denied but they didnt mention anything about her AP... but i got my combo card today.
since my EAd and AP has been approved, when will she get her AP?
anybody can help me on any suggestions? iam totally confused... Please Help.
