Me and my wife filed for 485 and my wife as derivative to mine in EB2 with PD as 2006 Dec. My 485 got approved and recieved my GC in January 2014. My wife's is still pending. My wife is in India right now and her AP got expired while there. I want to bring my wife and daughter (citizen) to US ASAP.
I have gone through forums and noticed that some ppl got their spouse 485 approved ranging from a month to 2years time difference.
Please advise me ( will go to lawyer finally once I know some options),
1. What are my options in bringing my wife here ?
2. Can I bring her on visitor visa while her 485 is pending?
3. If it is taking longer for her 485 to get approved is there any thing I can do to expidite her approval such as seeking local congressman help or things like?
