Why No May 2002 Approvals?

Someof us should have already got approvals . I looked at the membersheet.xml and no one from May,June or July is approved in it!!!!!!!

It seems they are going by a combination of the fingerprint date and the notice date.

When were your fingerprints? They seem to be touching cases with fingerprints between April and June 2003.

Nothing happened since then although I renew EAD and extend L-1A.

I belive in address change theory. I changed address in mid Dec - 2003 and Jan I got FP. I live in Charlotte,NC.

Address Change not working for me

RD :- 05/21/2002 FP: 05/13/2003 Stil waiting.

Used AC21 on 10/03. Updated TSC.
I have changed address last month and have not received any approval yet. I just went to India for a month and returned using AP yesterday. No problems at San Francisco.

I dont think address change would trigger an RFE, I moved with in the same zipcode. But I have other things to worry about my company got acquired/merged twice after fileing I-485.

FP twice: 12/31/02 and 04/23/04

no chang for my status after the lastest FP. But my spouse's status has been updated.

send the letter to John for my case status. No response.
