My husband filed as outstanding researcher to TSC on Feb 15, 2001 (RD). He hasn\'t got a word from them since then. I noticed that some EB2s and EB3s filed in March got approved already. How come EB1 is slower? Shouldn\'t it be the fastest? I was surprised that it\'s the same in almost all centers. Does anybody have an idea about this? Thank you for your help!

It is time to have a congressional inquiry, ask your attorney to do it or your husband himself can d

Verysimple, write letter to the congressman and senator in your district or your state, complaining TSC slow processing, asking them to make an congressional inquiry. They will be very happy to help you.

It\'s normal

EB-1 and EB2-NIW cases are slower (if we talk about I-140 stage alone). There are fewer qualified officers to handle these cases.

They are somewhat faster than ordinary GC processes because LC is waivered.

find another job in VSC and NSC, reappy I-140 and you will get approved in 2 months, then do cp, ano
