Why (402) 323-7830 ALWAYS busy?

I tried to dial this number of NSC for almost 1 year, but NEVER succeeded! Any comment?

What do you expect from INS, but for busy signal. Yeah they are
very busy processing our I-485s, so don\'t bother them during
business hours. Be content to listen to that stupid 330-360
days message in the evening.

using a phone with redialing feature.

I called IIO twice in last two months. each cost less than 30 mins to
get connected uisng redialing phone.

as IIO needs to handle calls about h-1, EAD, AP, f-1, f1 to h1, h1 to
h4, J-1 waiver, student OPT, extend status and our Dear Mr. I-485 applications, They do not know the individual\'s detail, in your case, they do not know the details of your case.

ALSO IIOs are not the officers to proceess any cases , they are just
the staffs to answer outside calling by looking the computer screen using your ID.
