Whom should the checks be made to?

I am filing for AP. Should the checks be made to USCIS or U.S. Department of Homeland Security?

Also, I am filing for myself and my spouse. Can I make a single check or should there be two checks?

Did you file for yourself alone or also for spouse? If latter is the case did you give separate supporting evidence (Part 7) for her/him or included it with yourself?
