Who will receive I-140 Approval notice

Who will Receive I-140 Approval notice? I guess for sure Attorney and who else? Applicant or the Petitioner { Company since its 140 }?

Friends who got approved recently, did you guys received not directly from USCIS atleast a copy from your Attorney's? my Company Immigration specialist is saying htat I will receive but so far ... 'No'. But one of my friend said that company and the Attorney will receive. I'm for sure with him. Just want to know from Recently Approved people.

Any Input will be appreciated.

Your friend is correct. Lawyer receives the approval copy and the employer receives a courtsey copy.

I485 Approval Notice

I got my I485 Approval Notice directly from USCIS, but didn't get I140 Approval Notice so far. Do I need a copy I140 Approval Notice? I guess my lawyer should have a I485 Approval Notice from USCIS, so I will not sent them my copy of I-485 Notice.

Why bother with 140 approval notice when you got your 485 approval notice!
140 approval is just one of the steps to get 485 approved...just get your PP stamped and enjoy!
