what are the conditions to be eligible for 7th year.

My H1 6th year expires April 2005. AP/EAD/I485 pending.

I need to "buy" more H1 time to go back to my home country, get married, and bring my wife as H4.

Am I eligible for 7th year ?

may be I should mentiona that LC and I-140 were approved.

---yes based on pending I-485 file 7th year H1 with I-485 filing reciept before your I-94 expires

assuming your labor was filed more then 365 days back.
