Who gets the RFE ??

Hello.

I was issued an RFE on 1/6/03 but not recvd anything till now. Checked with lawyer, niether has he.

Could someone pls advise who gets the RFE - lawyer or applicant. And approx how many days it takes to get after being issued.

My RD 10/01/01 ND 10/31/01 EB2

In my case, the lawyer receives the RFE. It takes 3-5 days usually to get it, depending on the pace of the snail mail these days.
