Who gets the RFE, lawyer or me? Any RFE case using AC21?

I just find out INS Vermont Center has issued a RFE for me. I want to know who will receive the request. I changed my job after being in the AOS for over 19 months. Is there anyone with a similar experience? What documents should I prepare for the RFE. Thanks.

Was the AVm updated?

INS has been recently sending RFEs directly to the applicants. Ususally attorney receives it.

Here is some info which I saved from one posting here on this site. I think that info is lost (as this site crashed sometime in July/August).
This person posted his info as he changed his job after 180 days and got his 485 apporved.

ND : Feb 4 2000.
Category : EB2, VSC
Country : India
Changed jobs in April 3rd week
RFE : May 1st week
RFE Replied : May 3rd week
Approval : June 28 2001
I changed lawyers, as company lawyer would not want to co-operate.

RFE asked was W2, Payslips for 2 pay periods, Employment letter from the company that applied for I-140.
RFE was replied with
  -payslips from old company and also new company.
  -A letter from old company confirming the start and end dates of
   employment.
  -Employment letter from the new company.
  -W2 copies
  -G28 informing change of lawyer
  -A copy of the law- (lawyer included this, as regulations were not out)
