Which i-94 to be used on form I-485 (application for green card)?

Hi all, I am filing my form I-458, application for green card. I have i-94 that has been issued when I entered the US (four years ago), and when I have been granted asylum, I have also been issued a new i-94, so I am wondering which one I should use when I fill section 23a of the form?

Why are you already filing 485? I thought your approval was dated in May 2020?
