where to send application for advanced parole

Hi,
My 485 is pending at the California Service center. I am planning to apply for advanced Parole. I was looking for the address where the form needs to be sent on the BCIS website. It says irrespective of the service center all 131 documents need to sent to nebraska service center. Is that right?

Please help

Where did you read it? http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-131.htm says "If you are applying for Advance Parole (to leave the U.S.), send your application to the District or Sub-Office with jurisdiction over your place of residence, or to the Service Center if your case is pending there.
If you are requesting a Refugee Travel Document or a Reentry Permit, send your application to the Nebraska Service Center."

The address that you mentioned was for overnight delivery. How about regular mail.
Does anyone know where it has to be sent?
