So I take it that since USCIS so diligently requested visa numbers before the July 1,2, we should be seeing a flood of EB-1 approvals too. I dont see this happening. From I-485 in NSC forum, I see mostly Eb-3 approvals and a bunch of EB-2. What about EB-1 ?
