According the USPS tracking service, the I-485 and related forms I sent to USCIS was accepted by them two weeks ago today. I included a G-1145, but have not received any email. Neither of the checks I sent them have been cashed.
I sent it to the P.O. Box address for their Chicago lock box, but I used Express Mail, and I just noticed that the I-485 instructions give a different address for that. Could my application have been lost in ether as a result of this mistake? I'd be grateful for advice on how I could go about finding out, and when should I start to worry.
