When to File medical form 693?

I want to apply for my mother's GC under the family based category for immediate relatives.
I am a US citizen and she is here until jan 2003

a. Since I live in Dallas I am assuming i can apply in Dallas (would that be considered a local INS field office or a service center?)

b. Do I have to do the medical examination done and the form 693 filed alongwith the forms 485 and I130 or is it presented at th etime of the GC interview.. (Specifically for dallas based applicants as I am told the process may be different here)

c. I am told the whole process took around 6 months in Ohio any idea what is the time frame in Texas?

a. You will have to apply at your local district office.

b. an I-693 (medical form) needs to be submitted in a sealed envelope along with the I-485.

c. If your mother is in the U.S. you need to file for her AOS papers before her I-94 expires.

d. Time frame varies from every district office. check with your district office for more information.
