When can my mother safely enter US again after being here for 5 months?

My mom has a multiple entry tourist visa.

She has visited US on following dates:

Oct 18, 2014 - Feb 22, 2015 128 days (4 months, 5 days)

Aug 10, 2015 - Jan 10, 2016 154 days (5 months)

She is hoping to come again around 15th May. 126 days ( 4 months, 5 ) after she left. Will it be safe for her to visit or she needs to wait some longer?
 
There is no magic formula with immigration. I think...over a year she can stay 6 months in usa. other 6 months outside.

Around june should be fine. Again this is what I think.
