The case of “The five felonies, including alleged kidnapping, etc.”, in which ZHANG Hongbao was falsely accused by HE Nanfang, was litigated spectacularly for three years. It entailed forty hearings and ended with Zhang Hongbao winning the case. Once again, justice of the law of the United States and the fairness and impartiality of the American judge are seen.

In this case in which Zhang Hongbao was falsely accused, too many dubious things were hidden. The result of the case is now in front of us; as we look back at the process of the case, there were too many issues that deserve our examination. Because of the tremendous shock that have impacted on the Chinese people in the United States and [in other places] outside China, when we have correctly answered these issues we would at least feel a need to reset the standards for: understanding people, setting goals for life, and setting the bottom-line for being a human.

First of all, the American law, the American judge and the American attorneys can determine that “this is an incident that didn’t happen at all”. Why, then, did those Chinese, those so-called attorneys who hold placards that say American attorneys, insist on saying that Zhang Hongbao was guilty? Moreover, why did they join in the mob-style charge against Zhang Hongbao and were so determined to convict Zhang Hongbao and to “knock down Zhang Hongbao”?

On the surface, Chinese lawyers that took part in this “knock down Zhang Hongbao” case included Ye Ning, Liu Junguo (Arthur Liu), etc.; in addition, there was Wang Chi who worked in the law office. Wang Chi used to be a legal assistant in He Nanfang’s civil case. Liu Junguo and Ye Ning had assisted HE Nanfang in filing a separate case against ZHANG Hongbao and were plaintiffs in the case; they were also plaintiff’s attorneys in many cases which they had designed to be brought simultaneously against ZHANG Hongbao. They were able to get attorney licenses in America, [but] did they not know the laws of the United States? What kind of force gave them the audacity to ignore the laws of the United States and to insist on helping the false accusers to falsely accuse Zhang Hongbao and to put him to death? Looking at it now, it was just because they knew the law of the United States too well that they knew too well the loopholes in American law. Their audacity was given to them by the Chinese Communist regime. Not only had the habit of Jiang Zemin’s dictatorial regime to kill Zhang Hongbao not stopped even after ZHANG Hongbao came to the United States, it has grown worse. When Jiang Zemin was about to leave the stage [and switch] to controlling the Chinese Communist regime from behind the curtain, the so-called “911 Decapitation Operation” was designed against ZHANG Hongbao. The process of this operation was driven by the utilization of the loopholes of American law for the creation of a legalized political persecution; the laws of the United States were utilized to convict Zhang Hongbao and then to extradite Zhang Hongbao back to China. This, of course, required attorneys who were familiar with American laws and who were willing to work for them to design and carry out [the plots]. Undoubtedly, the three attorneys or the legal assistant mentioned above, who still bear Chinese faces, must be the plot executioners on stage.

Second, Zhang Hongbao was innocent, why did the other people who seemed to have nothing to do with Zhang Hongbao or HE Nanfang rise up and attack him when He Nanfang charged Zhang Hongbao with a crime?

Reviewing the people that had emerged during the process of the case, there were more than twenty people who had taken part in attacking and framing Zhang Hongbao. Everyone claimed to be cream of the crop of the Chinese democratic movement abroad. If people like Wang Bingzhang and Peng Ming are said to be harboring hatred, which grew out of jealously, because of their concern for Zhang Hongbao fighting with them for the throne of the president, what was the motive of the other people? Why did Ye Ning, who claims to be a great human rights attorney and runs around in the overseas democratic movement circle, want to put Zhang Hongbao to death? What were the motives of Liu Junguo, Shi Lei, Yan Qingxin, Zhang Qi, Lian Shengde, Ji Xiaofeng, etc? It is obvious that they were executing a mission assigned by the Chinese Communist, which was to hold up and wipe out Zhang Hongbao in the United States. That can be understood without any elaboration.

Third, why did the Chinese newspapers in America not listen to and look at the true situations of Zhang Hongbao and He Nanfang, the plaintiff and the defendant, instead of one-sidedly convicting Zhang Hongbao in the press from the very start?

This is easier to understand. Of the Chinese newspapers in the United States, some became the mouth pieces of the Chinese Communist regime very early on, others have been, or are in the process of being, bought off. That is obvious; some Chinese newspapers were still unwilling to report in positive light the case in which ZHANG Hongbao was falsely accused even after the case was closed.

Fourth, He Nanfang falsely accused Zhang Hongbao. How could a person like He Nanfang, who was uneducated, unfamiliar with American law, with neither money nor power to rely on, persevere in the case of false accusation against Zhang Hongbao for three years and still uttered the menacing words after the case was closed that: “He gets off too easy this time”? Was she simply combative?

From the entire process of the case, it can be seen that it was just because He Nanfang was uneducated and was unfamiliar with American law that she was selected to be the “human bomb” to falsely accuse Zhang Hongbao; it was because He Nanfang had no money but wanted to get rich from ill-gotten wealth that she became crazy by the lure of the designers of the false accusation that she could get tens of millions of dollars by knocking down Zhang Hongbao. Even after the case had ended, she still made malicious utterances. That just goes to show you that the heart stimulants, which were injected in her by the people who used her, have not yet worn off. Or, may be they have continued to inject heart stimulants into her body, [and they would continue to do so] until she explodes because He Nanfang, this human bomb, whether she could bomb Zhang Hongbao or not, would have to be destroyed ultimately and not be allowed to wake up from her dream and tell the truth.

He Nanfang’s false accusation case again Zhang Hongbao is over. This allowed those who were concerned about Zhang Hongbao to breath a big sigh of relief. Persons with a sense of justice felt indignant on his behalf. Besides being indignant, this writer also feels that this time consuming case has allowed Zhang Hongbao to achieve a complete success. As a result of this case of false accusation against ZHANG Hongbao, we should get a close range understanding of Zhang Hongbaok, otherwise, we are unable to understand why the Chinese Communist had to spend so much effort, use such malicious tactics, and expend such great cost to put Zhang Hongbao to death? What qualities does Zhang Hongbao have of which Jiang Zeming’s dictatorial regime fear so much?

Everyone knows that Zhang Hongbao began as a scholar with no power, no high social status, and no money. He won tens of millions of followers by helping the people to gain good health through Zhong Gong, which he had created: then he took the path of Qi Gong entrepreneur and set up enterprise agencies in towns and cities all over Mainland China. Within the organization, the staff alone numbered more than twenty thousand; over one hundred thousand people were engaged in the chain business. At the Beijing Science Hall, he delivered a philosophy that was against Maxism which was what the Chinese Communist relied on for survival. He not only possessed his own human resources but also had accumulated huge monetary resources; he also had his own philosophical theories. These things were enough to make the Chinese Communist ruler Jiang Zemin fear. For that reason, Jiang Zemin defined the Zhong Gong organization as a “reactionary political organization” and persecuted the Zhong [Gong] organization in 1999. However, at that time people didn’t have a good understanding of Zhang Hongbao or Zhong Gong and they did not realize the weight of Zhang Hongbao. Now that we can look back at the last three years and see that Zhang Hongbao [was able to] deal with He Nanfang, Yen Qingxin, Liu Junguo, Yeh Ning and Zhang Qi’s false accusations on one hand, and put his ability to good use at the same time, we get a better understanding of Zhang Hongbao.

In these three years, in the area of religion, or in the area of practicing, Zhang Hongbao’s “H.H. the Hongbao” status was established. It can be said that Zhang Hongbao is a recognized practicing master; in the area of politics, he has established China shadow government, brought up “eight motions” for amending the Chinese constitution, put forward principles for re-organizing the country, and organized a series of political activities. Zhang Hongbao can be described as a qualified politician; in the areas of grand strategy and military strategy, Zhang Hongbao has published his “The Chinese Communist Party’s non-nuclear Super Weapons and its Geostrategic Goals”. In this article, he presented a penetrating and original discourse on the little known inside views of the Chinese Communist regime’s decision making, their decision making mechanism, the decision makers, the characteristics of the decision makers, their intentions, their motives, the strategic goals that have been formed and are being implemented, and the top non-nuclear super weapons that have been formulated for achievement of the goals. This has allowed the experts to find a new star in the grand strategy field and the military strategy field. It can be said that Zhang Hongbao is a great strategist and military strategist with a global perspective. For a person like that, the Chinese Communist’s policy-making people must have a better understanding of him than we do; they would understand better as to how big a threat Zhang Hongbao poses to the Chinese Communist regime. Because Zhang Hongbao has stated clearly his position towards the Chinese Communist regime, the Chinese Communist regime has no choice but to put him to death.

Take a look at those self-proclaimed &father of the overseas democratic movement abroad’ or democratic movement leaders; how many of them have human resources, monetary resources, systems of theories and principles, national administration capability, strategic thinking, grand strategy perspectives, military strategy ability, personal knowledge, personal characteristics and leadership, and particularly the ability to struggle and survive in adversity that can compare to what Zhang Hongbao has?

Before this, people had thought that Zhang Hongbao was nothing more than a Qi Gong master or a spiritual leader of the Zhong Gong practicing organization. The resolute efforts of Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist regime to kill Zhang Hongbao have forced Zhang Hongbao to release his full potentials, which enabled Zhang Hongbao to achieve complete success in the practicing field, in the political field, in the grand strategy field, in the military strategy field, in the field of law, etc. What mud can prevent Zhang Hongbao, who has been tried and tested by such adversities, from moving forward? Whatever menacing words He Nanfang utters are nothing more than specks of mud on Zhang Hongbao’s way.

What can be expected is that Zhang Hongbao, who has achieved complete success, will prove that he is worthy of the trials and training that God had sent his way; he will complete his mission. He is that kind of person.
