I have a friend with the following case:
He used to live and work in San Francisco , California.
At that time he filed the I485 in CSC.
Then he moved to the sunny state of Texas .
Although he filed the AR11, the case wasn't transferred to TX.
Moreover, it was transferred to SF local office.
Now the problem : he didn't yet filed the I485 for his dependents
Where he should file the I485 for his dependents ?
The common sence says that he should file in the same office he filed : in CSC ... But is there any sense to file the AOS in CSC if they all live in TX ?
On other hand if he files in Texas , how they (the USCIS ) will links their case to his case ?
If he requests the transfer to TSC , the case will take forever (actually, it already took "forever"
)
Did anybody have any similar experience ?
