What level of specificity is needed on labor cert

My past employer and I are having a hard time pin pointing exact start and end dates of my past employment. What level of specificity is required? What is the risk that such dates will be researched or investigated by DOL?

Its good to have some kind of proof of the Start/End date you mention, especially when you qualify for the PERM position using that experience.

Do you mean proof other than the experience letter??

It can be experience letter, offer letter, pay stubs, employment verification letter or any combination of these.
