What Issues changing jobs after 180 days?

RD 04/23;
ND 06/22;
FP 10/30:
Got laid off from California based company on 12/31;
Got RFE for pay stub and employment verification on 01/03/2002;
Got an offer from Boston based company with same salary and position.
If I send the employee verification and pay stub from the new company(Boston) and send it to INS, will the INS officer transfer my case from
California service center to any other service center?
Will it delay my process?
Is there any other complication in this?
Help me out in this!

Have you been checking your AVM, Did it say "FP recieved and processing on the case resumed" and laster was there any change to "RFE sent on so and so date"

First got RFE information about AVM

Bapy It was the way you say so. I first got my RFE information thro AVM and after 4 days my lawyer recieved the letter.
