What is Class of Admission?

I am filling the Form I-131 for AP. Could someone tell me what I should fill for the class of admission? Thanks.
I found National Customer Service Center is not so helpful.

It is the Status when you Entered USA

it will be listed on your I-94

example if you entered through H1B- it is H1B

If used AP then -AOS

I got answer

Called the 800#. The Cust. Rep transferred me to an
immigration officer.

The IIO told me that I should put "employment based" for the question 3 of Class of Admission in Part 1 of I-131 for me, my wife and my kid.
He also told me that the approximate time for the application of AP is one year.

Can this be reasonable?

It takes forever to get a green card and a year (7 months in reality) to get an AP? Without both, how can we go outside of US if needed?

Are we paying the federal income taxes as well? Don't we already have an approved immigration visa? How come we are like prisoners at the mercy of USCIS Texas Service Center incompetent?

I think there is enough evident to bring a case against USCIS TSC that they are not treating people with I-485 with humanity.
