What does this message mean?

When I scanned the Macro this morning, there is one case with the online message like this:

"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On September 4, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

What does it mean? Approved?

It is not my case.

It's a FP notice. This kind of message is coming to those who are getting the multiple FP notices.

In all probability it means another FP notice.

Again it is not my case. I was just curious. Since the date updated was Sep 2003, I hope it was an approval, even though it was not my case.
