Filed I485 and I-140 concurrently in Sept 2003
I-140 Approved in April 2003
The attorney replied to an RFE for both AP2 and EAD2 on Sept 20.
(two seperate EAC numbers)
I got an email from USCIS, stating that they have gotten my RFE response on Sept 21.
The Last Updated(mm/dd/yyyy) date for both cases was showing 09/21/2004.
On Sept 29th, my EAD2 got approved, but NOT my AP2. However, the Last Updated date for both EAD2 and AP2 now shows 09/29/2004
How can my AP2 EAC "last update date" change from 9/21 to 9/29, without the case status changing.
Anyone in the same boat. Gurus ... any answers.
