What does LUD mean?

I filed I485 on Feb 10, 2003 to CSC, and I did FP on Apr, 2003. 100% FP was expired as all guys know it. But, there was no any notice, letter or action on my case since Apr, 2003. Even there was no updated after Jan, 2004. So, I made an inquiry on Sep 22, 2004. No response....Never.... I called 800 number again on Oct 25, 2003, and made 2nd inquriy. I faxed the inquiry paper too.

A stange thing happened on 25th and 26th 2004. LUD has changed on those two days, but there is no online message change or email notification.

Do you know what does LUD mean? What do you guess on my LUD?
I have to file the 3rd AP and EAD in Nov or Dec.

however BCIS has the fantasy it means Last Update Date
 
My LUD changed to 10/27. I know two other people who had that change. Did yours change to 10/27? My guess is someone at BCIS ran a "Pending cases report" and that updated it. Another theory is they run this report on 26/27 of every month. LUD is BS. Period.
