What documents are needed for B2 Renewal Dropbox for Parents?

Hi,

My parents' US visa has expired. They have visited the US multiple times. Never overstayed.
We have taken a dropbox appointment for them in Mumbai, India.

Could you please tell me the documents we need to submit for the DropBox? Should we put everything for both parents in one envelope ?

Here are few documents that have been collected, pls let me know what am I missing?
1. DS160 confirmation page for both parents
2. Passports old and new for both
3. 2 photos each
4. Appointment confirmation page (1 appointment has both their entries)
5. Invitation letter
6. My Green Card copy
7. Do we have to show proof of income like my bank statement or pay slip or something?
8. Do I have to submit my passport copy with the last page to show that I am their child?

Anything else? Are # 5 to #8 really required?
 
I am also trying to find out the supporting docs. Someone was saying that they won't accept any additional documents other than the passport and the confirmation letter?
