What counts as a professional worker?

Im a Canadian citizen with a prospective spouse who lives in America, my fiance works at a Jimmy Johns and her boss has said he would hire me if I end up moving to America, I was wondering if this would count as a Professional worker under the TN Status's guidelines. I don't plan on immigrating over to America, but I would like to work there so I can be closer to my fiance until we get married, and end up moving to Canada. Can anyone offer some insight as to if this would even be looked at? Or would it be denied as it doesn't fall under the guidelines?

Each TN category describes the educational or experience needed. A job at a fast food joint would not qualify.

Kory, most (but not all) jobs allowed for TN status require a bachelor's degree. And the degree must be directly relevant to the job you take.
