want to invite brother to usa

I want to invite my brother in USA on visitor's visa this coming November. I and my wife are having our wedding ceremony/reception here in usa and I would very much like him to be here.
He is single, 27 and is software engineer in New Delhi. From what i have heard, his chance of getting visa are pretty slim, as he will be seen as potential immigrant.

Has anyone successfully got visa for their bro/sister for similar reasons. Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, I invited my brother (26) to visit me for his summer vacations from Canada (Indian Citizen) - got denied for NO REASON.
We had all the papers one could had.

If someone has successfully invited a sibling, please share your experience. Also, if someone has reapplied after a rejection, please let me know what do you find are the chances for acceptance next time?

Would really appreciate any advice......
