Still waiting on a prevailing wage determination to be certified by Department of Labor(DOL) This will cause my labor certification petition to be over the 18 month timeframe by a couple of weeks. Will this get automatically denied? Is there another option or number to call in this type of emergencies?
Also when does theh official selection offer begin, does it go by the contract letter date?
Another question- can I be hired as a lecturer postition with a memoradum of agreement to change my title upon proof of crediantials, but the advertisement text says for an Associate Professor, is this ok.
