Any one with a similar RD and done with the finger printing at CSC?

I checked with my lawyer and she said that i need to wait for another month to hear the status of finger printing.

I keep seeing RD later than mine getting finger printing notices and so i am gettting worried.

Fax an inquiry asap

Ask your attorney to do this asap since you are already 120 days past the RD. After my attorney sent an inquiry my FP was scheduled within the week. I'm convinced this was no coincidence.
