VSC-->NVC transfer time

Hi,
  my I-140 was approved on Dec 7th. I saw a lot of approvals in this board around the same timeframe. Has your petition reached NVC? For me, NVC message says that they can\'t find my petition. Please respond if yours has reached or waiting to reach NVC.
