Visitor Visa Probabilities

for a 32 year old lady
- Who can not speak & does not understand sign language
- Has been estranged (marriage not annulled completely yet)
- Wish to travel to united states with the father and mother
- All the three are on invitation from the sister with a GC

What special papers needed to prove the case - if possible.
