Hello,
Sub: Applying visitor-visa (b2) for my m-in-law.
pls help me clarify the doubt.
I understand that, as a sponsoror, i need to send i-134 affidavit of support, my current employment letter, my pay-stub etc.
Her appointment is on August 7th @ chennai u.s.a. consulate.
I was planning to send all the doc's on June 25 to Chennai (to my mother-in-law).
All my documents will be dated as June 2003 (includes employment-letter, pay stub, bank statements,notarized
affidavit of support i-134,etc).
Will my documents(dated june 2003) be valid during August 7th 2003 time frame, when my mother-in-law
comes for the interview ? or How current these documents should be ?
Appreciate if someone could clarify this.
