We (me and my husband) wish to travel to Canada to attend the wedding of my cousin. I am the main applicant. I am in UK as an HSMP dependent and my Husband is here on a HSMP visa (Highly Skilled Migration Program)

1. We do not have any documents mentioned in point 1, 2, 3 of the form "Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union".
However we have a Marriage Certificate issued by "Registrar of Marriages", Patiala, Punjab -INDIA.
In this case do we need to fill this form and get it duly signed by the Commissioner of Oath in UK?

2. We plan to go the visa office in person, to get the visa and we will take all the original documents- Pay slips, Bank statements, Marriage certificates, Letter from Employer, P60 forms.
Do we need to submit the photocopy of these documents to the Visa office?
