visa number, a rare situation

I lost my passport, and of course with visas on it, then got a new one before filing I-140. Fortunately I kept a few copies of my old passport and visas although this passport is invalid now. Can I use the visa number? Should I indicate it when file 485?

Of course! I-485 asks you when your last visa was issued, where it was issued, and the number. Whether you lost the passport is irrelevant - the information is still applicable!
