I have filed 824 for my wife from Nebraska Service center. When its approved and they send packet 3 to my wife ,do they ask for 3 years of Tax return for me or 1 year. And do they actually verify these tax returns with IRS or they just look at it at a glance. ? I never worked for the sponsering company and I am working somewhere else right now (different company similar kind of job) . Does this affect when my wife goes to the CP interview ... Would they question her as to why am i not working for the sponser company..
