Sometime back while browsing this website, I happen to read a article where everybody was asked to visit a URL and fillout the form for our support of bringing the family after marriage to US.
Yes i'm a green card holder and my wife is back at India. Well after filing out that form. I did received a letter from the congress of the united statues house of representatives and the person who written that is Sheila Jackson. She said, they offer some service for people like me and thats called "V" visa.
I'm wondering, Is this something going to be helpful in my case? In the letter it said, i can bring my spouse to US until her case is pending. Is this true or there's something i'm missing?
Can somebody please advice. I'm in US for 3 years now on green card and waiting to get my citizen ship.
