Using AP to travel and H1B for employment ?

Does anyone use Advance Parole to travel and H1B as employment permit ?? Just wondering if it is possible to do that. Thanks

It is possible.

I think there was one Mastaan who had done it.
Apply for the H1 stamp revalidation, then you will know for sure that you can go back to H1 even after using AP.

Consider this situation ...

My original question was for the following situation:
One has H1B extended but the passpost was not stamped with a new H1B visa stamp. But the person is eligible to get AP based on his I-485 application. In this case, can he/she be able to re-enter US with AP ?? if so what are the advantages and disadvantages of using AP vs H1B visa stamp??

One could get the H1B stamp on the passport from state dept but it is taking morethan 3 months for that.
